If the submit button does not become active after entering all of the fields, try to click into another field.
You must use a valid email to sign up.
Your office/school may have blocked our domain so you may not be getting the verification email which is necessary to post anything on chirbit. If you are not getting our email check with your IT Department to see if this is the case.

We now require a valid email address to upload content. If you used an invalid email address you will not be able to upload content to chirbit. Make sure to add chirbit.com to your email whitelist and check your SPAM folder for the email verification email if you have not received it in your inbox.
If you have an att.net, sbcglobal.net email account they are currently rejecting our emails. (we are aware of it and working on fixing this)
Some schools have an email filter that prevents our email from getting to you. Check with your IT Department to see if that is the case.
